Limited Warranty

All Edwards & Co products are guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship.

If we determine that the product has a manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace it free of charge to you.  The decision to repair or replace is solely at the discretion of Edwards & Co.  Proof of purchase must be provided.

The warranty is “return to base" and not a free in-home service.  This means the customer is responsible for any inwards freight charge to return the product to an Edwards & Co representative for warranty or service.


Our manufacturing warranty excludes claims resulting from misuse, abnormal use, overloading, general wear and tear, child outgrowing product, not following instructions, transportation damage (including airline or freight damage), poorly maintained product, dropped goods, negligence, second-hand product, modified product, colour fading, tyre over inflation, mould, damage to handle foam in use or fabric cuts and tears.  

Our warranty also does not cover tyre punctures or corrosion to frames or fasteners as a result of atmospheric or environmental conditions such as salt water use.

For Car Seats, the warranty excludes repairs to car seats that have been involved in a car accident.

Any replacement will not give the right for the warranty period to be extended.

Edwards & Co does not cover warranty if the product has been purchased second-hand or from an unauthorised reseller.

Warranty procedure:

To help process the claim quickly, please email with the following information:

  1. A copy of the purchase receipt including date of purchase.
  2. Your name, address, email and phone number.
  3. A description of the fault or defect.
  4. At least one photo of the defect/fault. Where possible, provide multiple photos from various angles and distances so we can accurately determine the issue.  In some instances, a video maybe more useful.  These can be sent via for larger files.

We will respond to your email within 1-2 business days.

Possible remedies (as determined by Edwards & Co):

  1. At home repair – where possible, we will provide instructions for you to resolve the issue at home.
  2. Replacement part – where (1) is not possible, we will determine if we can send you a replacement part to resolve the issue at home.
  3. Return to base repair – where (1) or (2) is not possible, we may need to get the product back to our nearest repair centre for inspection and repair.
    1. If you are located within the city metro area of our nearest repair centre, we will arrange an appointment for you to bring the product into the repair centre. Most repairs can be done while you wait.
    2. If you do not live in the city metro area of a repair centre, we can arrange a courier pickup. The costs of the courier will be paid by us, if after inspection, we determine the issue is covered under the warranty policy.  Where we determine the issue is not covered by the warranty policy, we will charge you the freight cost (including both inbound and outbound) before the product is returned.  There may also be a charge for repair and parts.  An approximate quote can be provided beforehand.
